PRIMARY CROSS COUNTRY RULES AND TIMES FOR EVENTS

The course is approx 1 mile

Arrival: 12.30pm

Start: 12.45pm

Venue: Allianz Park

Format:

Year 4 Race – 2 boys and 2 girls per school

Year 5 Race – 2 boys and 2 girls per school

Year 6 Race – 2 girls and 2 boys per school

Departures – 3.00pm

Clothing: Please make sure all pupils wear at least a tracksuit over their running clothes and if appropriate a waterproof as they will be watching their peer groups. Bring a plastic bag each to put clothes in whilst running. Runners must arrive changed for the race as there are no changing facilities.

Please bring water to drink before / after the event. 

Schools  are responsible for their own fist aider
