For many of the gymnasts it will be their first gymnastics competition and can be quite daunting. We will try to encourage a more relaxed atmosphere, hopefully making them feel more at ease. I'm sure there will be a variety of levels / abilities, so please encourage your gymnasts to enjoy the event and have lots of fun.

Clarification on Teams: Each Key Step can have a team of up to 4 gymnastics -2 boys and 2 girls score (4 score).
