Details are as follows;

Date: Friday 14th June

Venue: Copthall Leisure Centre, Champions Way, Hendon, NW4 1PX

Time: 11:30am onwards (arrive) for a prompt 12pm start – 2pm approx. finish

Following feedback from last year's event the following two changes have been made which I hope you will be pleased with;

Warm up - there will be a designated warm up slot from 12:00-12:15pm. Any school arriving after the warm up has started will not have an opportunity to warm up. All swimmers MUST be out of the water at 12:15pm, ready for the event to start at 12:20pm.

Additional heats - if there're 8 or less teams entered for the girls or boys competition, then there will be two heats per individual race (attachment 3). However, if there're 9 of more teams entered, then there will be one heat per individual race (attachment 4). I will be able to confirm once the deadline to enter has passed on Friday 31st May.
