Races and distances are as follows: 

Girls

Year 7, approx distance  1500m (1 lap)

Year 8&9, approx distance 2250m (1 lap and a half laps)

Year 10&11 (year 12&13 can run as guest in this race), approx distance 3000m (2 laps)

 

Boys

Year 7, approx distance 1500m (1 lap)

Year 8&9, approx distance 2250m (1 lap and a half laps)

Year 10&11 (year 12&13 can run as guest in this race), approx distance 3750m (2 laps and a half laps)

 

Please be aware that the distances in the meets will be shorter than the distances pupils will be required to run at the champs in December.

Schools may be required to provide support at the finish line.

Please make sure your pupils have suitable clothing to keep warm before and after their race.
