All School are responsible for proving their own first aider.

Teams of 5 min and 8 max Track events include: 2 lap individual race 4 lap individual race 8 lap paarloauf (2 participants) 6 lap individual race 4 x 2 lap relay (2 participants) Field events include: Shot Putt, Speed Bounce (30secs) SLJ, STJ, Vertical Jump.

Participants can take part in a max of 3 track events and 2 field events

Teachers may be required to help officiate
