BPSS Roadshow Festival

A reminder that if you have yet to book your school in for the BPSS Roadshow Festival, there is still time, however spaces are filling up quickly.

The festivals, which are aimed towards your SEND pupils, will entail BPSS staff visiting your school and running a mixture of activity stations on your school playground/field. BPSS will ensure all BPSS Roadshow Festivals are Covid secure by following strict government guidance and adhering to each school’s individual policy.

Please note this opportunity is currently only available to buy-in schools. For more information, please click here

#SchoolSelfieChallenge – New term, new challenge

To mark the start of a new term, we have launched our latest Barnet Strava Club challenge.

What better way to reconnect with our community this term than to visit as many schools as possible and take a socially distanced selfie outside the main entrance. Simply post a selfie on Strava or if you would prefer email it over and at the end of the challenge we hope to create a wonderful collage. Don’t worry if you are a little camera shy, you don’t have to feature in the photo if you would prefer not to. The only rule is that you must have travelled to the location either on foot or by bike.

Any member of staff is welcome to join the Barnet Strava Club, if you already have the fitness app simply click ‘request to join’. If you don’t have an account you can create one for free here. Once you have requested to join, please drop your SGO an email so they can verify your request.

Whilst primarily targeted towards your school staff, there is also an opportunity for you to introduce this challenge to your wider school community. Various resources are available to download here
