The competitive races are appropriate for children who have trained and can confidently run a mile.

The participation run is targetted at children new to running, this run is a non competitive run.

Event Format:

The course is approx 1 mile long, following the perimeter of the field.

Races order will be as follows: 

Participation Run (up to 10 extra pupils, can be any pupils from year 3-6, this is a non scoring run)

Year 4 Girls (2 pupils per school)

Year 4 Boys (2 pupils per school)

Year 5 Girls (2 pupils per school)

Year 5 Boys (2 pupils per school)

Year 6 Girls (2 pupils per school)

Year 6 Boys (2 pupils per school)

Schools are responsible for their own first aid

Spectators: Are welcome, however they are the schools responsibility, and must follow the BPSS Code of Conduct, and will be asked to leave if necessary
