An unusual world we are finding ourselves in at the moment. However, the BPSS team are here to help keep your children/students active and healthy at home during this period.

Online Resources

There are lots of free and exciting online resources which we have categorised into appropriate age groups. 

BPSS Social Media

We have launched our BPSS #StayInWorkOut personal challenge. The concept is simple, with a weekly challenge set every Tuesday, encouraging students, staff, parents and carers to participate. Practice the challenge as many times as you like across the week, before uploading a video of you doing the challenge and achieving your personal best score. Don't worry, you don't have to post a video if you don't want to, simply post a photograph, comment or anything you feel comfortable with. We have tried to make the challenges as simple as possible, using limited equipment so it’s accessible for all. 

 

The schedule across our social media platforms will form the following structure over the coming weeks;

Motivation Mondays

- Start the week as you mean to go on by completing the popular Joe Wicks 30min workout on YouTube (available every midweek from 9am). 

- Throughout the day we will be posting motivational posts to help you and your school community through the week ahead.

 

Try Your Best Tuesdays

- The weekly BPSS #StayInWorkOut personal best challenge will be set, promoted throughout the week.

 

Wellness Wednesdays

- Focus will be on wellness, always important but more so during the current situation. 

 

Throwback Thursdays

- Highlights from events which took place in the Autumn and Spring terms.

 

Fun Fridays

- Cross curricular activities incorporating an element of physical activity. 

- What happened next video clips from the sporting world, emoji challenges, spot the ball, etc
