Barnet School Sport Awards 2019

The best sporting talent from across Barnet descended on the Arts Depot in North Finchley for the 2019 Barnet Partnership for School Sport Awards evening on Wednesday 25th September.  The Barnet Partnership for School Sport (BPSS) Team invited all shortlisted nominees and family members to attend this prestigious event, to celebrate the sporting achievements of the 2018/19 academic year. The event was supported by Greenwich Leisure Limited (GLL).

“GLL were pleased to have sponsored such an outstanding event delivered by Barnet Partnership for School Sport and impressed by the excellent achievements by the many school pupils and teachers from across the borough. Congratulations to all the award nominees, we very much look forward to the event next year” - Mary (GLL Physical Activity & Health Manager).

The evening, hosted by Jo Eames (BPSS Strategic Manager) and Kim Henderson (PE Consultant for Barnet School Improvement) highlighted the key achievements of those shortlisted, before announcing the winner. We were thrilled to have two Year 13 photography students from East Barnet School capturing the events of the evening.
